Site-specific architecture, not catalogue villas
Every SEMAIA project is designed for its specific plot. We don't recycle floor plans from previous builds or sell pre-validated villa types at a fixed price. The orientation of the rice terrace, the angle of the cliff, the position of the neighbouring temple, the path of the prevailing wind — these inform the design from the first sketch. That's what allows a villa to feel inevitable rather than imposed.

Interior design and material selection
SEMAIA's design service extends through interior design, material specification, FF&E and landscape design. Keeping all of this under one studio means the exterior architecture, interior atmosphere and garden design are conceived as a single composition — not stitched together from three separate suppliers' opinions.
